Through the collector's eye.
Exemplar comes from the Latin exemplum, meaning “sample” or “example.” As an astute collector, reviewing signature exemplars will help you perfect the art of identifying real autographs. It’s for this reason that we created a wonderful library of signature examples to help hone your skills.
Membership includes access to a host of online educational services to help you master the art of autograph collecting.

Welcome to the UACC Exemplar Library. The UACC Exemplar Library focuses mainly on the most popular personalities in eight main categories, —everything from Presidents, to Music, to Hollywood, Sports and beyond. Plus we’re adding new ones every month!
Within each main category, we’ll be sharing a mix of signature examples for each personality. We’re building out our database day-by-day, and will begin with “Top Names” based on value and collectability: think George Washington, The Beatles, Marilyn Monroe, and Babe Ruth.
Our goal is to enrich our member’s knowledge base, one example at a time. As collectors in the hobby for decades ourselves, we know that self-education is key when it comes to collecting and investing in autographs. This UACC database is vital to new and established collectors alike, as it’s been thoroughly vetted by some of the industry’s top minds, each of whom possess decades of experience in their fields of expertise. These trustworthy examples come our way from well-respected auction houses or autograph dealers and many have third-party authentication as well. If you have any suggestions for a new personality to include, you’re welcome to email us—let’s build the database together!
