UACC Online Dealer Code of Ethics

As a UACCOnline Approved Dealer, you agree to the following:

  1. To guarantee the authenticity of every item available for sale and commit to legally sourcing, meticulously verifying, and accurately describing each product.
  2. To consistently uphold the highest business standards characterized by honesty and integrity, without engaging in unfair practices that may tarnish their company or The UACCOnline’s reputation.
  3. To communicate clearly with their clients about their comprehensive refund policy, guaranteeing a 100% reimbursement in the customer’s preferred form. Refunds will be processed upon the return of the item, contingent upon the submission of the original Certificate of Authenticity (COA), invoice, and any pertinent documentation verifying the item’s lack of authenticity.
  4. To acknowledge the validity of third-party autograph authentication companies (eg. JSA Authentication, PSA Authentication, and Beckett/BAS Authentication), that they perform a valued contribution to this industry, and that their opinions will be considered when questions of authenticity may arise.
  5. To comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertaining to the acquisition, sale, or any transactions involving autographs or autograph-related items, and never knowingly sell items whose ownership may be in doubt.
  6. To strive to advance their autographic knowledge while actively working to bolster the standing of The UACCOnline community with the consistent goal of improving the overall autograph industry.
  7. To commit to adhering to every rule, regulation, condition, or request that The UACCOnline may convey to them, beginning today and into the future.

By submitting your application, and by signing this document, you agree to the above Code of Ethics and understand that any violations against this agreement may warrant the reconsideration of your inclusion in the UACCOnline Dealer Program. You hereby agree to indemnify the UACCOnline company and all of its members for any action, now and in the future that may be taken; the UACCOnline holds all rights to affirm or deny Dealer Program Membership at any time, for any reason.
